Trucker escapes unscathed from mangled wreckage after collision in Haydock
A trucker walked away unscathed after his HGV ploughed into a parked trailer.
There were tailbacks around Ashton and the M6 after the Wednesday afternoon collision on Lodge Lane, Haydock.
Police say the road was closed while the wreckage was removed and the council came to clean up a fuel spill.
