Wigan man made threatening phone call

A conditional discharge has been issued to a man who made a threatening phone call.

Isaac Watson, 37, of Bulteel Street, Pemberton, appeared before Wigan justices to admit making a call to James Windle intending to cause distress or anxiety. The discharge will last 12 months and he must also pay £107 to victim services and the court in costs.
