A Wigan man has been accused of twice raping a woman.

Zak Mortimer, 40, of Portland Street, Pemberton, appeared before Wigan justices to face charges of sex attacks against a woman on May 9 and supplying a quantity of crack cocaine to a woman on the same day.

Mortimer, who has yet to plead was released on conditional bail until he appears before a Bolton judge on February 10.
