Man found guilty of making threats to kill
A borough man has been convicted of threats to kill at trial.
Sean Bourke, of Rugby Road in Leigh denied one charge of threatening to kill a man and another charge of threatening to injure another.
The 40-year-old was found guilty following a trial at Wigan Magistrates’ Court. He will be sentenced on February 4 at Bolton Crown Court.
