Friends and family pay moving tributes to teenager found dead in Wigan flash

Eighteen-year-old Samson Price was found at Scotman's Flash in Wigan on Sunday afternoon, after emergency services were called to reports of concern for the welfare of a man.
Three men, aged 17, 18 and 19, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are still being questioned by detectives.

Hide AdFriends and relatives of Samson, a former pupil at Hawkley Hall High School, have taken to social media to pay their respects.
Sharing photographs of her grandson, Rosanne Boswell said: "RIP my beautiful grandson I will all ways love you Samson one of gods angels now look down on us and your Mam and dad and your Big sister Atlanta love from your granny rosann."

Hide AdNearly 300 people have already donated to an appeal set up to help pay for a funeral for Samson, which has collected more than £3,000 so far.
Police are continuing to investigate Samson's death and have three teenagers in custody, though they say they are keeping an "open mind" as to the circumstances.
Officers remained at Scotman's Flash and on the Leeds-Liverpool Canal on Monday as the investigation continued.
